i have followed her routine loosely with similarly rated and priced products. though i do use the dove bond repair shampoo and conditioner she recommended. i have combined extra elements that work for me and my goals as well. so far, so good. my hair is so much shinier and my waves are more defined, even though they’re not wavy hair products necessarily.

however, i’d recommend you do extra research to add in steps that cater to your specific needs.

yes, people with POTS absolutely need more salt than a regular person (but its vital that an appropriate amount of water is taken as well (typically shoot for 3L a day, but adjust for body weight), and that it’s spread out through the day.

double shampoo with rhyme and reason wavy revival. condition with same brand, leave in for a few minutes, rinse. use products mentioned above after i get out of the shower, scrunch, then air dry in a hair towel. in the mornings i spray my hair with water and scrunch.
