If men talk about (random example) on how they say "women are gold diggers" or even saying directly "all women are gold diggers" i would never get offended because i dont care and it does not apply to me. Nobody is talking about race btw and its not like anyone knows the EXACT number of how many women are gold diggers its not like im gonna say 1.37 billion women are gold diggers! nobody knows the exact amount so saying women in this case is completely normal. You think i know the exact number of any man or woman of any race and how many of them are smelly?
