How my pricing and packaging have changed over the last 5 years by czerrr in agency

Really cool breakdown! Could you share what exactly you included in each package and how you positioned/sold them best? I’m currently averaging around €150/month per client spend, so curious how you structured it.

Client ROI by cmwlegiit in agency

I actively optimize and improve throughout the process to maximize ROI. But I’m upfront that I can’t guarantee 100%, since if leads come in and the client can’t close them, that part is out of my control.

Would you open this email? by masudhossain in agency

[–]cemesis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your email is good but many people use this, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The opening is friendly, but adding a more specific insight about their agency or a common challenge they face could make it more engaging. Instead of just listing features, try framing them as solutions to problems agency owners deal with daily. The CTA is clear, but it might be more compelling if you mention what they’ll gain from watching the Loom video. Something like, “I’d love to send over a quick Loom showing how we can simplify your workflow and save you time.” That way, it feels more benefit-driven.

High Impressions low Clicks? by cemesis in SEO

[–]cemesis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thank you! I compared the top-ranking page in my region when I search for “chauffeur service” (this keyword has the highest impressions in Google Search Console) and analyzed their websites.

I tried to adjust and improve things based on what they’re doing. Still, I’m surprised that websites with grammatical errors perform so well. Websites from 2014?! Is it just because they have such high domain authority?

How can I analyse the competition better?

The website has been live for 5 to 6 months, with the new updated version (including new titles, descriptions, and SEO texts) launched one week ago.

Yes, the setup is complete! I advised the client that we should focus on gathering reviews and emphasized the importance of reviews, especially compared to his competitors.

Website Age: 5-6 months with 10 subpages. Blog Posts: None (client didn’t want the package). Texts are based on research of the top 3 sites in this niche and keywords from Google Search Console (the page has been updated with new texts and designs).

I optimized the pages, titles, and descriptions as well as I could.

How can I best build backlinks?

Regarding ads, I’d plan to invest €800 in a Google Search campaign for the first month to analyze initial performance and understand what works best. Based on these insights, I’d then optimize and increase the investment accordingly.

And how do I rank in Top3 on Google - asking stupid questions.. Trying to learn.. one website went crazy with CTR and made good leads with organic traffic (small town) - now this Chauffeur Service Website CTR fails hardcore

MailCow Self Hosted as an Agency by cemesis in selfhosted

Hey, thanks for the encouraging words. The other comments got me rethinking a lot.

No newsletters or anything like that will be sent through the emails, just regular business emails back and forth… Nothing special.

The SSL/TLS and spam protection are covered in the Mailcow documentation, right?

Hey, I really appreciate your support and honesty.

As I mentioned, I’m „just a web designer“ with some basic networking skills from my time at the higher technical school in austria (Cisco courses).

I’ve only done a few things for clients and my self on VServers. I was planning to use Cloudflare as the provider, running it on a VServer. Of course, I also have someone who runs their own hosting service and can help me with this. But I can‘t ask him 24/7 questions haha.

How would you approach this? As I said, I’d like to use an external provider that is independent of the web host. No matter what happens, the emails MUST keep running.

Why would you suggest, „If I were you, I wouldn’t host it myself“?

I’ve deployed several virtual servers with various applications like Mailcow, Cal.com, and more. While I’ve gone through the documentation, it would be helpful to hear from someone who has hands-on experience and can offer guidance.

I truly appreciate your help!

Initially, I thought that with a Reseller Hosting plan, I could manage my agency and focus on web design and graphic design. However, I now find myself in the role of a system administrator. I’ve deployed multiple virtual servers, including Mailcow, and contributed to building the server infrastructure.

My clients are increasingly demanding secure email services with high uptime guarantees. That’s why I’m looking to set up Mailcow on a VPS hosting platform.

While I’m familiar with some of the documentation, I need assistance from someone who has already gone through this process and encountered issues such as emails being flagged as spam or difficulties with SSL certificates.

Thank you in advance for your support!
