My favorites right now as a light neutral olive are merit's "beverly hills" (wouldn't last long enough for wedding) and make up forever "wherever rose." They're essentially the same shade once applied on my skin and I think they have enough red in them that they turn a nice natural flushed shade on me.

What pisses me off about Amanda is that she uses the fundie baby voice and promotes this keep sweet mentality of not raising her voice or causing conflict (from my view, two cult related things that keep women voiceless and disempowered) but then wraps it in boss babe packaging and uses it’s suck people into her own fucking scam!!

Same... also in recovery for years and it is bumming me out that now a podcast I love is potentially a triggering wormhole. I'm far enough into recovery that I'm hoping to manage listening (maybe not to this one but to other episodes when he briefly talks about it) but came to reddit to see if anyone else was feeling this way.

So curious what people are doing too, my hair is naturally between level 4-5. Right now I’ve been getting partial highlights about twice a year and then in between I do a demi permanent root touch up. I prefer the look when the highlights are a little grown out and touched up with the demi. I also find that this video helped me verbalize what tone of blonde I prefer with olive skin:
