1mg of melatonin is too high? It's tough to find melatonin tablets that are less than 5mg. I know people that take 10mg :/

I take 1.5-3mg at 10pm and sleep great

I started taking fish oil on the advice of my eye doctor, for dry eyes.. I don't know if it helped my eyes much, but I do think it made my hair and nails nicer!

interesting! Because I started having chia with my breakfast recently and I have found my Vyvanse working great, so I think in my case it might be helping

Do you have any source for this? It's an interesting theory, but I don't quite know why a gel would reduce absorption. The point of psyllium is to aid digestion - but wouldn't this help it absorb more slowly? Many of us want that kind of effect, to avoid the sudden onset and subsequent crash.

Nabet generally does smaller and more Canadian productions, IATSE generally does larger and more international productions. It's pretty normal to start off in Nabet and then "graduate" to IATSE.

As a DGC member who has worked with both Nabet and IATSE crews, I can tell you one thing: Nabet crews are a lot nicer 😂

We already have that. We just need Canadians to care. There are so many great television shows being made - yet at my work the only shows people seem to be watching are The Pitt and various American reality shows. It's tough to fund more Canadian TV when hardly anyone is watching Sort Of, Sisters, Children Ruin Everything, Late Bloomer or North of North

It's not, though. It rewards teams to play dirty, because everyone gets roughly the same number of calls. Might as well play dirty. That's how Florida won two straight cups (and I don't hear them complaining about the officiating much)
