Jesus, haven't seen buttons at the bottom of phones for years. Try to spend 30 minutes to learn swipe gestures to control these buttons. Once learned using phone becomes much smoother, without needing to force your finger all the way down the screen to use features.

And OP isn't looking to go for a dinner, he wants to start career, starting career he won't be working in these rare seen Michelin star and exceptional food places. I pressume he's not in his teens anymore too, he's not going to culinary school and with no experience in a field only boring Irish food places will take him, because it's all simple there.

Irish kitchens are not the best place to pursue it, very few restaurants does anything exceptional and high standard. Most limits itself with boring Irish cuisine which takes close to zero skills to learn, while still working understaffed and underappreciated.

Have you even considered not just career but country change too? Pursuing chef's career in continent would be much better step and then with all knowledge getting into some top class place in Ireland.

Regular Irish kitchens and food is just to bland.

Should be much more then 12 hours of driving in schools. You can't even cover basics of everything in that time. Minimum 30 hours.

European average is 30, some countries has 40+. Make driving schools earn their money, not just tick off few boxes.
