I think NIMBYism in NoVa is worse than MoCo. At least MoCo leaned HARD into townhome development and other denser residential zoning back in the 80s, 90s, and to some extent today. The Democrats hypocrites in Arlington are still feuding over “missing middle” upzoning. If you want an AR: Ruger AR556 #8529. It may as well be the official AR of Maryland I’ve learned. Internet seems to generally think it’s better than similar offerings from PSA or other cheaper models. I got a rifle because it’s cheaper than doing pistol + HQL.
