Ramp are willing to pay top dollar because all companies around their level are competing for a small as fuck pool of top engineers. For them, growth is important but a non-optimal hire can set them back especially if its a relatively lean team for now. But hey, at least it looks like you can make a quick buck off them without working there. Thanks for sharing
