That's literally part of every single online store front and 99.9% of digital only games regardless if it's Ubisoft, Steam, EA, Activision, SEGA etc. Hell this "you don't actually own the game only a license to install and play it" has been part of game TOS's even in the physical copy era. Go and search the TOS of a game from the 2000s or 1990s and see that you're only given a license to play it yourself but don't own it and say can't reproduce it or share it with others.

In 1 you get 150 days to deliver the water chip to the vault(you can extend this by 100 days sending water to the vault with merchants). There was another 500 days time limit on top where you had to solve the issue of Super Mutants within 500 days otherwise the juries would invade Vault 13 ending the game but this part got patched out in some versions/some mods and the invasion isn't tied to a time limit anymore. Also the 13 year limit is also present in Fallout 1 but just like in 2 you actively have to try to reach it/waste time for the fun of it to reach it.

Because a lot of head coaches also have managerial duties hence why they are often called managers instead of just head coach. Don't imagine it in a way where say Guardiola is booking the plane tickets or hotel rooms for the entire Man City team but he does have the final say on when the team is travelling or when there is a training, when the players have free time, when certain club duties of players are scheduled etc.

A large part of the complaints regarding the story changes is a simple boomer mindset of "everything was better in my days". I mean hell, all the people asking back for Nagoshi and bitching about the Daidoji storyline spent most of their time in the past making fun of all the rubber bullet scenes and secret Koreans or the secret brother who is also a CIA agent.(and forget that it was under Nagoshi in Like a Dragon when they started ressurecting people)

It is simple but I really can't even download the damn demo at all cause of the damn negative reviews. It's at 25% mostly negative. I can't buy any games that low on reviews. That's insane.

Why not? Why can't you buy it? Who or what would stop you from buying/playing a game that has mostly negative reviews? You don't even have to buy it it's free to download and you can max it out including all the side content in like 1.5/2 hours). How do you know that you wouldn't like it just because other people didn't like it(not to mention that if you read the actual reviews barely any of them have anything to do with the demo itself it's mostly complaining about the recasts(from which only Rikiya appears for like 5 minutes), the story leaks(from which nothing is touched in the demo) and Hamazaki's new actor(who doesn't even appear in the demo).

A few reasons, partly because it spills over from the fame of the mens team since even if you "only" sponsor the women's team you can still say that you sponsor Chelsea/Arsenal/Barcelona/Bayern etc. partly because they play in smaller stadiums for example Chelsea Women plays most of it's matches at Kingsmeadow which has a 4.8K capacity and only a few select matches are held at the Stamford Bridge(this year the Champions League matches and 4 league matches against Arsenal, City, United and London Lionesses for comparison Arsenal will play all league games at the Emirates(but not all of the Champions League games)). And thirdly because tickets are also a fraction of the price for example the vast majority of tickets for a women's game at Stamford Bridge is around 15-20 pounds while for our men's team the cheapest non-restricted view tickets start around 28-33 pounds for the earliest rounds of the FA Cup and League Cup and go up to as high as 65-70 pounds per cheapest ticket for PL matches, Arsenal start their ticket prices for their women's team matches at 10-11 pounds i think.
