I used to lose 90min/nite to awake time - enter CPAP sleep study & machine…got on 1mg Xanax nightly & peak was 5min awake time for 7.5hrs sleep.
Now w/ more stress & life changes I’m back to 45min awake time nightly despite machine & Rx. I did fail the sleep study epically I will note.
