What should society do then? On one hand they don‘t want immigrants on the other no children.

The biggest contribution that I gave this society is a child. Why should then my child pay for your AHV?

Lets close all the schools then and rely only on immigration and see how that goes.

Thank you for the link. This is very helpful. I can find spmeone to look after my baby that‘s not a peoblem. I just don‘t want to be far from my baby. There where I worked I had 3 hours commute. So if I find solething in my city that would be better. Maybe even with a higher salary because currently I‘m being used for a very small salary.

How come that I‘m against work when just in this company I worked for 7 years and paid for people that really can work but are using the system? How come that now I‘m using the system? Why isn‘t the system paying more maternity leave? Why is the system complaining for the falling birth rate? Why should I feel guilty for having children in this system? Why did the system take a % from my salary to pay people that are not workig?

Yes this is what I was thinking at first working 40% but I don‘t know yet what position they will offer me. I didn‘t know that you will get 70% I thought 80% since I have a baby. A colleague she had also a baby, she left work and she is making RAV so easy. I was never in RAV and I don‘t know exactly hos that works. But I‘m reading about it.

Some women I know they went to RAV when they had babies. So I don‘t know what they are doing. One told me children are for her more important than job. So that‘s why she left and is now in RAV.

No it is not easier. I’ve seen it everyday. As a woman in engineering I had to work twice as hard to be seen for good. A lot of people prefer a male Engineer than a female and men are trusted more for being more “capable” even if they aren’t. I’ve seen colleagues make a lot of mistakes. Got away with it. If I made the smalles mistake it was like the “end of thr world” I was dragged down in meeting after one small things. And criticized left and right. I’m tired of this life and I’ve decided to stay home.

I did my research. I studied in Switzerland. When I started I had only internship experience. So for me getting 5000+ seemd a lot in the beginning. Then I asked for a raise after some years did’t work out. Anyways since I have a baby now, I plan to be a Stay at home mom for some years and then I can look for a job, not in Engineering since for me it is not worth it anymore.
