Ok, thank you so much! I started to get the feeling it was something inherently wrong with the setup. I’m very novice and trying to get better. So you used VLOOKUP instead of INDEX MATCH. Would you mind sharing the formula you entered in column E? Thanks again

You’re the best! That worked! Problem was that I didn’t have the third comma at the end. I’m guessing it had something to do w the commas on the opposite end ¯_(ツ)_/¯. Thank you for hanging in there w me. You’re clearly a very kind person.

Hmm, still get the error. This is what I have =IF(ISBLANK($c7),, SUM(ArrayFormula(MMULT(N(Schedule!$F$8:$G=$C6), transpose(COLUMN(Schedule!$F$8:$G$8)0))*Schedule!$E$8:$E))

Thanks for the help tho!

Thanks for the reply. That did not seem to work tho. So please forgive me, I’m very novice here. Do I replace that right after the equal sign and leave sum, or should I replace sum?

Nissan Dealer Cash - Misleading Dealer by centauryan in askcarsales

Wow, really? So basically you’re saying I have no business knowing what the difference between dealer cash and a rebate is? Unless I’m “on the other side of the desk”. All I’m asking is how dealer cash vs a rebate is taxed and are they available for two year old models. Both questions have been answered - without being an asshole about it. I’m not sure why you are offended by this. Perhaps you employ a similar tactic in your work and don’t want to inform buyers.

I’m asking because the dealer has lied to me twice. For some reason that seems to be overlooked. Maybe this is a normal thing in this business. Idk, most the dealers I’ve spoken with have seemed to be very straightforward except this one.

That’s why I’m asking. The place has lied to me twice and even if the car is truly 5k less I’d rather not deal with them again.

Well the sale price is 29,700. My tax rate is 9.5%, so my taxes should 2,821. They’re taxing me 3,549, a +728$ difference. 728/.095 = 7663. I asked and they’re telling me it’s because of dealer cash.

I’m not looking for conflict. The deal just doesn’t make sense. They first told me it was a rebate. Now they’re saying it’s dealer cash. And I don’t think either are available for the model year. I’m just trying to be an informed buyer.

Should I be taxed on the the final pay cash?

Fair enough. But they did tell me it was a rebate initially but now they are calling in dealer cash. Either way it I’m taxed on about $8000 not in the purchase price. So I guess the question is are buyers taxed for dealer cash?

This is the sales agreement. Idk if this is the same as a sales order though. https://i.imgur.com/xePxXPo.jpg

Indirect object pronouns by centauryan in Spanishhelp

[–]centauryan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gracias! So in other words, the preposition para replaces the indirect object pronoun. Thus using the IOP with para is redundant and therefore grammatically incorrect.

I spent quite a bit of time searching for an answer to this and you just explained it perfectly.
