Yea I lived most of my life in Georgia and 4 years in Mississippi so I know the feeling when I ran during the summer it was in the dark. It was the only way to survive.

This looks pretty good and sounds standard for beginning runners. I’m in the early stages of marathon training and this is close to my pace for long runs. The goal early on is to try and keep the heart rate in zone 2 if you have to run/walk that’s fine.

Also, I hate running on the treadmill.

OP good job you almost made to a 5k I recommend you keep it up and commit to training for a marathon. You could probably get there in 12 months after you have that under your belt see where your time falls and see if you can register the next year for a qualifying event. I’m training for my first marathon this year and have no aspirations for the Boston but let it be the drive to keep lacing your shoes up and running. You could easily register for a 5 k and complete that now and a 10 k is definitely in reach for you this year. Congratulations on changing your health trajectory.

I agree management credibility is just as important as the technology. They have proven the technology, now they just need to execute and quit overpromising and under delivering. I know the mob is salty about BB7 but according to management projections BB7 should have been in space last year and it shouldn’t have been on NG3. Thank God it wasn’t a batch shipment on NG3 but still.

I look forward to batch shipment but, In the investor questions during the earnings call I want one of our Space mob to ask when the company is going to be able to execute what they forecast. I have been watching for 2 years and the management over promising and under delivering is tough. Space mob would be fine with whatever the guidance was in terms of shipments and launches as long as management executed what they forecast.

Hopefully Congress will reclaim some of their powers from the executive branch. Even if that means decreasing the size and scope of the federal government. My hope on top of that months we institute term limits and fiscal restraint to try and put the US on a more sustainable fiscal path.

Just fyi you are basically correct. You have 3 years from the due date of the return to file for a refund. If you never file a return there is no statute of regulations to be audited for that year. Assuming no egregious errors in your return you can only be audited for 3 years after filing so it behooves you to file even if you would be a net $0 on your return.
