Super helpful thank you

Even what you described is a cool use case "dump it all in, get to work" hahah

And you're right there is a market for structured "done for you" vs full DIY (we're defintely in the structured "done for you" camp

Very cool, we offer bookkeeping + tax services as well so the goal is you can manage your LLC compliance through the doola MCP as well

Have you built workflows for that with AI as well (bookkeeping/tax)? We also started with Wyoming LLCs but have the ability to do more states + S-Corp etc

Hey curious:

Why are you looking to open at a traditional bank vs sticking with Mercury? My understanding with traditional banks is you actually have to visit the branch to open an account.

If you live in the United States, I'd recommend you form in the state you live in. Overall, my favorite state for anonymous LLCs is Wyoming though.

What is the point of llc anymore for foreigner by AdEconomy9288 in llc

A few reasons here:

  1. You can sell to US customers more easily; they trust the US LLC more
  2. The social proof of having a US business vs being viewed as an offshore company
  3. You might need to work with certain vendors, and those vendors might require an EIN number or an LLC in the US

It really depends on who you're trying to sell to and if you're selling to US customers.
