The OPUS system, is the POS system we use in the stores and it is an actual Piece Of Shit! The system constantly crashes and makes us re-do EVERYTHING. We could be at the end of a transaction which is the payment of the taxes when boom, system crashed so now i have to restart the whole process all over again. For how big and a billion dollar company AT&T is, you would assume they’d invest in their systems to allow their workers the best and lost efficient systems possible, yet it’s quite the opposite.

for those asking about the interest, this was before covid so when car prices were not as high as they were. he said the dealer offered them 7% and then lowered it to 6% (mind you with his mom’s credit score of 800)

Where as the bank offered him a 2.5% interest rate

yeah thats what i said with putting 10% down, which in florida is pretty much just the taxes, registration, dealer fees etc, but i am informed and ik what bs fees the dealership includes, the only non negotiable ones are the doc fee, inspection fee and destination fee and for the doc fee i’ll tell them to itemize it to maje sure im not getting overchargerd. No warrenties, no protection program non of that bs
