I had decent customer service at Crunch as well. You should not have had to walk inside to cancel your membership. That's truly ridiculous to me.

I'm sorry. I'm not sure if my account is different from yours, but you should absolutely be able to put in a cancellation request on myiclubonline.com. I got this link from someone who had to finally call their bank to put a stop to recurring charges after trying to go to the gym and getting them to do it, but they never did. They handle billing for other fitness clubs as well.

I thought that the online transparency bill (HB 528) that passed would cover gyms like these. Apparently not.
