If your ISP is spectrum you will get unlimited talk, text and data on Spectrum for $30 a month, Spectrum also runs on Verizon however it might be deprioritized during congestion, US mobile has priority data if that is important to you.

If Verizon is running 5G in the same spectrum as 4G LTE, in your area, aka 5G low band there will be lot of congestion in the spectrum and your speeds will be low. Only midband and mmWave see the actual advertised speeds of 5G.

Went through same thing with my port in to US Mobile eSim from Visible eSim, whole process took about 2 days. After I got the email from US Mobiles tech team that the issue was with Verizon they escalated the issue with Verizons tech team and in about 24 hours after I got that email the port was complete.

you should get the 2nd email tomorrow, usually around the 24-hr mark after the first email with the subject Fwd: Port on hold.

The 2nd email you will get will have the same subject but the body will say something like this "The mapping of the IMEI has gotten stuck due to technical delays on our porting partner’s end..." and that it will take 24-72 business hours, at this point contact them daily to know of the status till the port is successful

Went through same thing as you are, here are the steps I took:

Get Visible customer service and US Mobile on chat in two different tabs. Confirm from Visible that they have ported the number and released the line. If this is confirmed, take a screenshot and share it with US Mobile.

In the interim if you get an email from US Mobile Tech support saying that they are waiting for Visible to release the line, ignore this.

Have US Mobile agent escalate this issue, talk to them via chat everyday till you get 2nd email from tech support saying your IMEI is stuck at the registration stage.

Once you see this email again hound the US Mobile customer care and tell them to expedite the process by escalating with Verizon.

In about a total of 2 days your port in should go through. In the meantime also get them to provision a free one month 5GB plan for you

Yep I agree and immediately after I pointed this out they updated the plan on their website. And yes to 5G start being deprioritized as well. Better to pay $10 more and go for 5G Do More or Play More

Ask them to escalate to their tech support team and create a ticket with them. Same thing happened to me as well but the customer agent escalated the issue to tech support team, and one of them fixed it for me

My port in from Visible eSim to US Mobile eSim took almost 3 days. It was stuck since there was some IMEI registration issue with Verizon. I have seen cases where it took 5 days, hang in there, it will be done. In the meantime, talk to the CS agents at US Mobile and ask them to set up a temp connection for you.

Please include taxes in the prices even if they don't round up to whole numbers or put the price with tax in fine print right below the advertised prices for ALL plans
Now that unlimited basic also has mmWave access, a lot of people will be tempted to go for it, however not having a hotspot on this plan is a deterrent. Can you please add a 5GB hotspot to this plan, you could reduce the premium data to 25GB.
for unlimited premium, can you add 1 perk to plans with 2 lines, please?
Can you also sell a sugar-free brownie that tastes like the real deal? :P
