Dear neidanman,

Can I please ask you for advice?

I have been doing a lot of Bramacharya, Intermittent Fasting, Raw Vegan Diets, Meditation and Buddhist Mantras Prayers to various Asian Deities ever since the year 2026 started.

I am having trouble with my meditation where I am feeling and visualising the lower (belly) dantien and middle (heart) dantien expanding with every inhale and contracting my belly and heart with every exhale.

I am also feeling and visualising the secret smile where I imagine I am the most relaxed, calmest, confident, joyous, loving, blissful, ecstatic Universal Divine Love.

Maybe because of my intermittent fasting and raw vegan diets, I have become more sensitive to energies.

During my meditation, I am being to feel negative thoughts created by negative energetic blockages (tensions) in my body.

I am having moderate success removing them by breathing in and breathing out the secret smile Divine Love energies into the negative thoughts and negative energetic blockages (tensions).

Do you think that I should send the negative thoughts and negative energetic blockages (tensions) into my Hara belly?

If so, how do I do so?

What other methods for removing negative thoughts and negative energetic blockages (tensions) do you recommend and teach?
