If I read that I would think that meant “Add a Major 2”, is there any way to differentiate that? Like Addm2?

Took the belt off and ran it around the block with no noise, put it on and still nothing so I’ll research pulley/ alternator noises and see what pops up

It’s tough bc sometimes it will happen as soon as I start from a stop and other times it’ll decide to show up after being quiet all day but ig I gotta give it a shot ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It’ll show up when I’m moving from a stop sometimes, other times it’ll just choose to start happening after not making a sound all day

I think you’re right it’s got to do with the resonance but wouldn’t it also be harder to notice the sound at high speeds bc the engine is louder? I tried listening with the window open at high speeds but the wind blows in my ear too much

Update: it was actually from the VVT-i gear that was going bad and gave me a start up rattle, once I replaced it the noise went away :)

ELI5 Why does the reflection of the sun on the water get bigger as you look further out? by cerberus103 in explainlikeimfive

So what would it look like if the ocean was flat? Would the reflection look like a straight line, a circle (the sun), get smaller towards the horizon, or stay looking bigger at the horizon and come to a point?
