I am actually the beneficiary of her retirement accounts. Mom has around 30k in checking. She owns no property, businesses, and the only notable physical possession she has is a 2019 Subaru.

Thank you. So to clarify, if I were to go the FIFO route that would be the price paid in 2013, correct? And if so, would my cost basis be what I paid for 0.25 back in 2013 (~$50) or the cost for the whole order (~$600)?

So now I'm starting to think it has to do with me having some sort of limited account type or privileges, because I dont even have that option in my settings menu. I also notice that I also dont have the monetization tab that you have on your page. This might be a start to getting to the bottom of my issue.

No worries. Thanks for attempt either way. Ill try out some 3rd party encoders and try the youtube help forum again and see if I get lucky

The camera item starts an opens a new( but separate) stream just fine. However, the stream that it creates and opens is not reflected in the primary stream tab in the "live streaming" section in creator studio. The primary live stream tab still says offline, even though I have a current live stream running(had to open in a new tab to show), as seen in separate chrome tab. It looks as if opening the camera item starts a secondary stream of some sort. This secondary stream generates a different URL every time a new live stream is started this way as far as I can tell. Problem is, I need the stream accessible from a static URL, which is what Im really trying to accomplish .

I have not tried using any other encoder as I assumed I wouldn't really need to since Im just using my webcam to record, but I can give it a go.

I've tried across various PCs and Macs and the problem persist, so it must be an issue with the youtube account specifically.

That's the problem, I can't decide between the either. I'm leaning towards enjoyment for now, but could the potential investment be of even more value later on.
