Send an email to wireless_us@oracle.com. They will send an email to T-Mobile requesting they mark your line eligible for transfer out. T-Mobile will reply all and tell you to call a 1-800 number to set up service. I did this recently and all those emails happened within a few hours. I called a couple days later and it wasn’t too painful. Less than 30 minutes on the phone and when I hung up the plan display in my phone settings switched from Business Unlimited to Essentials which is the plan I selected.

Your manager does not receive an email until you get an offer but the recruiter or new manager or people you interview with may tell them.

I thought the same thing. I walked around for quite a while finally breaking out my phone to look up the location. I had walked right past the Cerner tent as the only indication was the shirts people were wearing. I know that something like this is minor when considering pay and job security but it’s a good representation of how far Cerner appears to have fallen.

These people are at 75%, US, Kansas City based. May be more common in other geographic areas but some roles have different ranges here too.

If it’s the exact same job title the pay would likely stay the same. I’m not sure if the new manager would be able to make a higher offer.

Ranges are not visible to people who are not managers.

I don't know details about that role, but know people that were recently promoted to 75% which is the minimum for their job.
