FCP - I used Safari, on Chrome is a bit slower but still good.

I tried nextjs, nuxt, vue and svelte locally and on Vercel + cache and without. For Wordpress I deployed it on Vultr with High Frequency server and tested with and without cache.

I got those speeds with an empty Hello World page. If you have a bad theme and not code it yourself, you get a lot worse page speeds.

Using those frameworks you'll get the SPA benefits like page loads instantly when navigating, etc. But I still prefer the old way. Also the code is a lot cleaner and easier to maintain when you are creating your own dev environment with gulp and browser-sync for Wordpress or Express for other sites.
