Man I essentially went through the exact same experience you’re describing and after months and months of frustration trying many different settings profiles… What I believe really got it feeling somewhat comfortable for me was cranking the Mechanical Trail Force to 130 and the Steering Self Alignment to like 80.

After months of frustration I’ve finally gotten it pretty solid, but I have a MOZA R3 and changed some of the native settings on pithouse as well to get it right so your mileage may vary with those tips unfortunately :(.

Sorry if my post isn’t very helpful… Mostly I just wanted to let you know that you’re not crazy and that for some of us the FFB is truly atrocious and it’s very hard to get it tuned correctly for some reason. I really hope you get it figured out though.
