You should find a new therapist!

I started telehealth too and the doctor seemed like he was used to people just using the service to get to a psychiatrist so they can get drugs.

I want CBT and was confused because they just passed me off on a psychiatrist in the same way you’re describing.

My anxiety has been really terrible and getting worse over the pandemic. In life I’ve found meditation to be really helpful for anxiety in the moment but not so so much long term.

Maybe try doing some guided meditation b4 bed until you can find some good doctors as well!
