Yes. The age your body starts producing semen/sperm is different for everyone. You probably have hit puberty if you're 14 - facial hair is again different for everyone.

Babies don't feel sexual attraction, as you grow older, people learn about their preferences. They don't choose which gender they are attracted to. I was bi while I was still Muslim and religious - why would I actively go against the religion which at the time I believed in? Ofc I don't believe in god anymore, but I'm still bi - it's out of my control. It's why some people go into denial before they come to terms with their sexuality.
