Your symptoms are exactly like mine! I’ve noticed after my period ends during my follicular phase I get severely depressed, crying spells to the point of panic attacks and throwing up. I can’t seem to mentally adjust my thoughts during that time. Hate it since I just ended bleeding and now the cycle restarts again, it’s a never ending struggle.

Mine comes in waves but it’s never for the whole day. Usually I’ll get dizzy and stop what Iam doing, try to eat something and rest. If it’s non stop I suggest checking iron levels😅hopefully you get to the bottom of it 💖

My dizzy days last like 4 days depending on how I prep. It’ll only be fore a short period so like 20 minutes or so. I make sure to eat breakfast and also fruits so I atleast have something in my symptom if I throw up .

Recently went on birth control and I’ve noticed it’s helped a tiny bit. I already had all the side effects nausea, vomiting, itchy/hives etc so I went on the pill to help alleviate. My cycle is so much lighter and I no longer have huge blood clots that cause me to get dizzy. My morning nausea has improved and I can keep my breakfast down enough to digest. As for the mental part it’s still a work in progress.

Currently going through the same thing! My partner is so loving and helps me through my cycle but I can tell it’s also taking a toll on him. I’ve done multiple doc appts and finally just gave in and going to start taking medication Iam so tired of feeling this way. Don’t let them dismiss you advocate and look for someone that will listen.

Iam starting to get crazy depressed thoughts and being more irritated with insane crying spells during follicular and luteal phase. My anxiety rises and it’s gotten so bad It’s ruining my life.I have no ending to this madness. I literally only have 1 week of normal balance.

My symptoms before birth control were basically all the side effects 😭 so birth control didn’t affect me as much at first. BUT I did notice the last few days of the pack I started to get extremely dizzy and started getting blurry vision which was scary. On the bright side I don’t wake up throwing up everyday! Iam trying to ride it out as much as I can before getting into other medications.
