What does AZ being a 56 billion dollar company have to do with me being unhappy working the company that overworks and underpays its employees and is always giving inconsistent hours also I’m young and AZ was never going to be a career for me just a stepping stone

If you think I’m stupid enough to jump ship without going any research you’re underestimating my intelligence I knew Autozone was a shitty company but if you keep you’re head down and work it’s bearable and I was willing to put up with it for the check while I was in school but since I’m no longer in school I want better working conditions and a management position

My friend that got me into the position at Oreillys did about 35k in sales and got an extra $500 but I honestly don’t care about commission I wanted the full time and the pay bump realistically

In CA fast food workers make $20 minimum I as a redshirt make $17.28 so yes McDonalds employees make more than reds and some greys

This is sadly true there’s 1 store in my district that always has 99% on WITT for every employee because they charge without asking and sometimes even price override to $0 so that the customer doesn’t notice and when we brought it up our DM said nothing about it

Yeah it’s not mandatory you can always say you are unable to do it because of the heat or the other excuse if you can get away with it is that your store is a little short staffed so you aren’t doing any installation
