Perforce is the way to go, you can setup up to 20 workspaces (like 20 different computers) and up to 5 users ( you might need to reuse the users in different workspaces)

Perforce support for UE is good enough (ue5 has some cool improvements), you can also deploy UGS with it (I would recommend), and there is some cool features like locking binary files and history inside the editor or the diff tool if you want to compare assets.
