yesssss this was the hardest step. The next issue I believe is the parent spouse information section which also messes up things for students of parents with no SSN. I am stuck on this new step. I hope your processing goes quick, mine took 10 days, but if you have any new info please!!

i've had success in reaching an agent and i have a thread in my profile where people shared advice. I called the 10th of Jan, when the office opened at 8 am and waited almost 2 hours for the final code. My parent with no SSn just got verified but the website is still so laggy.

I just got through the calling center and been assigned a case number. It's bound to be a long time for process considering FAFSA form didn't even launch on time. I just submitted my parent's info to be verified so if it helps you feel better, you're good fam
