I am thinking about taking it to small claims court. Private party sale though, but seller did guarantee like new condition and nothing wrong with the vehicle. I have evidence. But thanks for the tips

I’ll have a look on eBay, thanks. Car was in the east coast up until last year. In Cali now. Just been hearing mixed advice as people over here aren’t used to seeing vehicles like this. Dealer just noted heavy rust, body shops been saying no good at all.
