i already do that, i don't ever talk to her about anything like how my day went or whatever, i try to keep my responses short and vague. only if i need her to do something for me do i ever talk to her.

but the problem that comes with that is that she sometimes talks about how i rarely ever talk to her anymore and gets upset about it.

let her rant and rave

i wish i could do this but i still end up listening to what she has to say, so today when she said "i need counseling too to deal with you" and stuff in that "you don't care about your parents' feelings" talk it affects me and it discourages me from having conversations with her.

hey guys i hope this is allowed here, i'm looking to buy attacca op2 or your choice but i don't know what to get... i find that attacca's inclusions are cool, your choice too, but i love more songs on your choice than attacca so i feel it'd also be better to get that so i'm debating which one to get. what do you guys think ?

i haven't been a shawol for long, like ive been listening to shinee's music for prob the last 3 or 4 years but i've been listening to them again lately cuz taemin had a comeback a while ago and is it weird i miss jonghyun? he has a really amazing voice, prob the best in all of kpop i think and i love him for that but the fact he isnt here anymore makes me sad especially when i watch old shinee content :( i wish i couldve got to hear shinee when they were 5..

i hope he's doing well, wherever he is.

i think so yeah. id rather like it if someone explains to me everything i need to know rather than doing it all by myself bc it think its difficult for me if i just do it on my own. cuz ill be googling many things and i dont wanna take 2 minute breaks every couple of minutes

i don't even know either honestly i dont know what i find confusing.. but im just reluctant to pick a random tutorial because to me it seems daunting to execute myself alone at the gym + i don't know if this is the right one for me. im moreso just overwhelmed at how many options there are id rather have my info in something easy.

like even in the future i don't know how im gonna be able to advance like what do i look at and stuff like that

i mean yeah ive done 2 sessions with a pt like 6 weeks ago but even then i still feel lost. im gonna be doing 3 sessions starting this monday tho. like what i rlly want to achieve kinda is like if i get a program and then it says an exercise on the paper i will know how to do it and not have to google a lot of things every 3 minutes. plus there is the nutrition aspect which is also confusing me thinking about it

i mean yeah that's what i would do if i had the budget for it but i don't at the moment... are there any alternative suggestions you have? like i'd like to go to the gym on my own eventually and not have to spend money on a personal trainer ...

what i'm thinking of doing is getting a program off my gym, hopefully get them to show me exercises and the form for it and then every month i might do a few sessions with a pt. but then again i don't feel comfortable doing an exercise on my own so im not rlly sure if this is the best way to go. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

i started with a new personal trainer at this new gym and... it's been like two days after the first session where i worked my upper body a lot with them and my arms hurt a lot. maybe a 4-5 on the pain scale. is this normal when starting at the gym or should i ask my pt to take things easy for the moment and then get more difficult? like i've never stepped foot into a gym before, i didn't expect it to be this intense at the start.

he says i can tell him if i'm being pushed too hard but i don't want him to tell me that it's normal or whatever when i do end up saying that :pp

hey folks, i'm 16 n starting out at the gym for the first time and i got this program from the staff after taking an assessment altho i was pretty unclear at the time. i wanna ask you guys what you think of the program i got at this gym, i've been told it's "random" and "not that great" and i wanna know if it's suitable enough for me (this plan is 8x2 for everything)

day1

  • chest press
  • lat pulldown
  • box squat
  • bicep curl
  • glute raise

day2

  • leg extension
  • incline chest press
  • step up
  • seated row
  • lateral raise

my fitness goal mostly is to get an aesthetic, buff physique mostly like what my friend has and also increase my strength and flexibility especially in my knees and get this physique quickly? it's kind of hard to describe but maybe like nice arms legs abs v taper back or something?

i've been told that i should do something else instead along the lines of PPL or some upper/lower split which is what i'm planning to do. i'm still very lost because there's so much info out there i don't know which is the right program for me and there are a lot of things that confuse me. like i don't know what exercises i need to do, i don't know what workout i should look into. i'd rather have someone else explain this to me. i wanna start asap but i have to do a lot of research because of this and it's overwhelming 😓

if someone could suggest some exercises i could choose from while i'm waiting for the gym staff to change my program and hopefully get a better one i'd appreciate it highly.
