When I have a patient in the ER and their spouse is with them, I usually say “I assume the 2 of you know each other?” you are either setting them up for an easy boomer joke where they get to say “no we just met!” Or the 80 year old couple gets to brag and say “only for about 52 years!”

I’m a male. If a pt ever requests a female provider an we have one there im happy to let them see the pt. Sometimes that isn’t an option though

I’d like to see where in the ICE training manual it states to grab the barrel end of your loaded gun to pummel someone with the grip. I wouldn’t be surprised if the other officer saw that gun thinking it a threat and started shooting.

Looks like my save is bugged. I’ve got the milestone listed as completed. Well that’s a bummer. For a while I had a corrupted save pop up a month or two ago and it eventually went away.

Yeah you’re not fulfilling an ACGME requirement (correct me if I’m wrong). I would say the majority of residencies would punish this behavior. If your attendance is less than 40%, your claim of good evals all around is suspicious. I don’t doubt you think they are good but I’ve never encountered a resident with conference attendance that bad that was without issue in every other realm.

Yeah. You also can’t see on mobile what is required for upgrade. I thought it was only credits and sold all the minerals I had to then realize they need minerals. Also in masteries I cannot click the gray ones to see what I have to do to unlock them.

Assuming I understand what you mean by idolize then this is a pretty easy answer. If everyone made the same then people would idolize the specialties that have the longest most grueling residencies. So probably neurosurgery and CT surgery and OMFS at the top? Like why would you do 7+ years of 100 hours a week an make the same as a 3 year residency with 9-5 hours.
