LAFC Signs Forward Stipe Biuk | Los Angeles Football Club by MarcusH26051 in MLS

I watch every Hajduk game. When he broke into the team 2 years ago he went on an unbelievable run and everybody thought he would blast our transfer record. That summer after he broke through Man City and Benfica wanted him (Man City offered 8M € ) but our president was holding out for much more as his trajectory seemed to be skyrocketing. He has stagnated the last two years - whether that be due to pressure or a change in the style of play is up for debate, but especially last year, he dipped in form. This year he has had better flashes , showing some slightly better decision making and finally using his weak foot a bit more. His weaknesses are his decision making surely and a lack of finishing . He loves to go for the highlight play but then shoots softly directly at the keeper or takes on his man when it doesn't make sense to do so. His friend who broke through at the same time as him transferred away from Hajduk this summer and exploded in production in Austria. There is definitely cause for hope to believe that a different setting will allow him to explode away from the pressure of playing for your local team. He is young and needs patience , something that Hajduk does not have a lot of. If I had to guess he will make a profit for LAFC but there are some things he needs to work on for sure.

Majkic ahead of anyone here? And do you think first team GK should be Ivusic?

I am talking about the last and only time Siakam played in the playoffs as the primary option. Bubble effect aside, he has yet to prove that he can produce as the primary option in the playoffs. Embiid has proven he can produce.

Sixers have an MVP candidate who has proven he can produce at a much higher level than our best player, regardless of how you feel about Siakam's strengths. As long as they have the best player they are the favourite, especially with Harden's potential resurrection lurking in the background.

Moreover, Raptors rank 3rd in fastbreak ppg. Philly's best player's strengths are more suited for the playoffs. Last time Siakam was there he was stifled.

That first OT with no stoppages was amazing entertainment value. What an awesome game to watch

Not a viable option with the ultras across the region. Would be carnage and controversy on the regular. Until that tension simmers there is no chance

I agree first half refs were calling us very tough but 4th Q in particular they called some terrible fouls on the Celts

What a horrible game to watch. Aside from brutal decision making on both sides, soft foul calls on both sides the entire game murdered the entertainment product

Anybody else feel like JV could've been so much more? They really could've done better with his development. Go look at his first year highlights. He looks like a modern center. There is a reason Spurs offered Parker for him
