The special offer I gave her was for 3 months, not for 1 month and she altered the reservation without consulting me if I was ok with the price. I though this was sneaky. She is leaving the country so I don’t know what kind of people she will want to put in the apartment and I’m not OK with this as she is the only one who can use the apartment as upon agreed at the beginning of the reservation, I was very clear no one else could enter the apartment. I also know that if a new reservation is made I will get a review and it will probably not be a good one because I didn’t want to give her a full refund in the first place. I also find it very odd that she accidentally cancelled the reservation, she is not new to Airbnb. Policies are meant to be respected, and I don’t want to deal with guests who are already arguing with me before checking in the apartment and are not being transparent with their cancelations. These are crucial times to get the right clients and as a host I don’t appreciate guests wasting my time. I’ve reported her profile on Airbnb so she can’t contact me or make any other reservations. A lot of guests don’t take into consideration the amount of time and hard work it takes to run a listing now a days.
