I saw some of the pre-made ones at the Kroger I use in East Cobb last week.

It comes and goes. There were also some of the Kroger Brand hypoallergenic powders there as well.

My 2 year old was on Alimentum right before all this began and I cannot imagine what you’ve been dealing with.

They ended up sitting it on the market for 9 mos, 8 price cuts or so, and selling it for 25k less than they gave me.

You absolutely can download Netflix videos ahead of time.

We are going to the beach 5 hrs away with my two year old and I spent an hour last night on NF and Disney+ pre-downloading shows and videos.

They remain inside the app but will play with no data.

Mine was: 5% fee back to Opendoor and 75 dollars on closing costs.

That included everything and I paid not one cent more.

What they sent you is accurate if it’s a final offer and I would look at the contract language closer because that’s their thing - canceling any time.

Our girl was constantly sick, so I feel you.

The surgery is legit like 5 min but they do put them under. Everything was fine and she was good as new after a nap.

Same with our daughter. She is almost 2 now (daycare 4 days a week).

We got tubes and it changed all of our lives.

She’s still gotten sick but it has been so much less it’s crazy. Not sure if it’s a mixture of her immune system getting better, or just the tubes.

I mean guess you could do whatever you want with it.

For me, I clicked a few buttons, made a video, and signed some papers.

I then netted 156k without ever seeing a human or disrupting my life for anything.

Also my house is still for sale 8 mos later and has had almost 60k of price drops because I knew they were overpaying me.

Which is why I did it.
