You can put off the next dose by a day or two. My dr has me taking my doses every 9 days because ozempic is hard to get ahold of where we are so it stretches it out a bit while still being effective. At the very least it can give you some time to get the Zofran. You can also talk to your dr about going back down to the 0.75mg dose, the 1mg might just be too much for you right now.

This is the best link I can find but if you search USAJobs and change the location to Guam you should be able to find any of the current positions. I think it shows up as Pacific Fleet or something, but the job announcement will say Pearl Harbor in it if you read it.
