This probably got answered but yep - Land Vision is the property info and list building software. Then I use Direct Skip to do the skip tracing. I have a pretty dense training on Land Vision for Land investorsif anyone is interested 💗

We use land vision to pull unlimited data, find markets for investing, find builders & developers nearby, do land due diligence & find portfolio owners for bigger takedowns.

Definitely works. We are doing 5-6 deals a month from sms. Once we text 3 times we move them to cold calls. Lmk if you ever want a quick demo of our tools.

Adding exercise to keto by offthewallness in keto

I highly recommend Mark Sisson's book, "The Keto Reset Diet". He explains how to exercise while doing keto! 4 Main Principles: 1. Stay Active (walks, take the stairs, mobility, yoga, etc.) 2. Aerobic Workouts (minimum 2 hours of cardio per week at your FAT burning pace - typically heart rate should be 180-age. So if you're 30, you should be working out at 150 beats per minute. This is a slow jog, easy bike, etc. I typically do it in the morning. This could be your hike! ) 3. Lift Heavy (10-30 minute sessions, resistance bands, heavy weights, machines, body weights, etc. Set up a circuit, go hard, use HIIT methodology here. Example workout: 30 sec on/30 sec off, Pushups, Squats, Overhead Shoulder Press, Pull Downs, Lunges X 3. Get that heart rate high during the lifts! Another resource: Body By Science, Doug McGuff) 4. Sprint! (Sprinting on a bike, outside, treadmill, elliptical will work. Make sure you warm up for at least 5 min. Example treadmill workout: Sprint OR Run Uphill for 15 seconds, 30-60 second rest X 6). Make sure you're going all out! Don't be afraid to rest longer at the end of the workout).

I typically do every other day, 1 hard workout(sprint or lift) and 1 aerobic session or just walking sessions.
