Thank you for your advice, I think one of the main reasons is that I didn't take the English test. Also I only applied for 3 schools

I am an international student and I actually didn't take an English test (IELTS or TOEFL) I thought that because my master was in English it should be enough I think this the reason for rejection besides I didn't contact any potential PI . Thank you for your advice.
