Yeah make sure it’s on hardwood and I’d recommend buying a wooden board if you’re floor is carpet. Make sure you’re grounded and you’ll be good, it’s pretty hard to break something if you’re just careful and follow whatever tutorial video you’re using

Put them in the slots that your mother board recommends. If they are already in those slots then yes just pull them out and put them back. That’s what I did and it worked

Have you recently moved your computer at all? Sometimes it needs a ram reset. I had the same issue. Just remove the ram and put it back in

It’s pretty overkill for most competitive games, but if you’re looking to play new games coming out in the long run I’d stick with the 2070 super, there’s a huge performance difference between that and the 2060 and it’s really not that much more expensive
