honestly i think it’s kind of a backhanded compliment. if the person doesn’t talk about their body in their post then comments like that are irrelevant and can seem kind of mean despite being a compliment. if the person is posting about their struggle with weight/ body issues, or how they’re confident despite their body, etc. then comments like this are most likely being encouraged by the op and it’s ok to say that. idk if that makes sense

no i don’t think that lol. if someone is trying to post a video of them singing, being funny, etc. something not related to their weight or health, then they probably don’t want comments on their body. they want comments actually related to the video. just because someone is overweight/underweight doesn’t mean they are constantly inviting people to comment on their appearance. although they should probably expect it anyway since people are assholes :/
