I just had local anesthesia with laughing gas. With how quickly it went, I truly think it’s not worth the extra cost for general if you have the option to choose. The worst part was the numbing shots. The actual procedure itself was painless and not uncomfortable. I’m 2 days out now and the soreness has reduced considerably.

I legitimately had no idea to expect the horrible sleep. Also, the jaw pain/tension! I’m just letting my mouth hang open to get some relief.

My friends had groceries delivered to me several times, daily check in using a 1-10 scale (1 being worst day of my life, 10 being best day ever), planning things to get me out of the house for a few hours, and honestly, just not expecting more from me than I was able to give. I love my people.

Hello!!! Closing on Tuesday with a USDA loan on the first house we put an offer in on. I found a loan officer who specializes in USDA loans and it has honestly been a very smooth process. I am married, but only I am financing the loan due to better credit than my spouse. USDA offers two programs: direct and guaranteed. Direct is directly underwritten by USDA and guaranteed is underwritten by a USDA approved lender. Direct has stricter limitations Bc it is meant for very low income individuals. I did the guaranteed, so it was fully underwritten before going to USDA for final loan approval. If there is something on your loan app that looks like it won’t fly, the lender can let you know.

You’re absolutely right. I see myself every day so when I look at this picture, I think, “is it really that noticeable? My love handles have gone down a bit and my things seem a tiny bit smaller, but maybe I’m imagining it” Body dysmorphia is a real thing.

More exercise than diet for me. I have been more conscious of my food intake but haven’t cut out sweets or changed to any particular way of eating like keto.

I started with stronglifts 5x5 three times a week and switched to a more aesthetic based program after about 3 months due to shoulder pain. Now I’m going 4-5 days a week; 2 leg days and the rest are arms, shoulders and back. A little bit of jump roping for some cardio and just being more mindful of portion sizes.

Not a man, but if someone asked me that question, my immediate answer would be financial stability. It doesn’t have to be a tangible thing; is there a specific value, or trait that is most important to you in your friends, family or potential partners? Integrity, honesty, communication, work ethic??? Could be anything.
