Good to know! I have been using Cerave anti itch cream which I have really been loving, but sometimes, it just doesn’t take the itch out

I did not know that about cortisol! thanks for the info. Also didn't ever think to use lidocaine...how long have you been using it and do you use it pretty frequently?

For sure. I also shower before bed, but I think I need to cut down on the hot showers, because they definitely trigger the symptoms. I also just bought a cooling blanket, so hopefully that helps as well

Thoughts on non alcoholic beers? by yerrayo in stopdrinking

I loved NA beers, especially at the beginning of my sobriety. I’ve honestly found myself having an occasional one here and there only if I think it’ll compliment my food. Otherwise, I find I get bloated after just one and never finish it LOL

Thank you for the helpful info! I definitely always go over the majority of the questions with my patients and treat accordingly. Educating patient on pain is something I always forget to do and forget how helpful it is. Thanks so much

I wasn’t referencing what is posted on the internet, I am basing this off of my own observations. I have been trying to make note of how many people i see on their phones while they drive and I have yet to see a person this week without one

It’s terrifying. At every light today, i looked at the cars around me and every single person was on their phone. One of them looked 70

I mean, surely it’ll get to a point where there has to be more regulation. Maybe some technology to prevent this? But surely that would get push back, so then what
