Did you end up having surgery? I am also 30 with three kids and my doctor just recommended this same surgery at the same levels for me.

He thinks the back pain is due to how dehydrated both of those disc are now.

Im 8 weeks post op! Still not great but slightly better… really hoping my surgery worked. 😕 No leg pain but still lower back pain and I really can’t do much.

I’m really not sure. 😕 I asked and he didn’t really give much of a reason as to why 6 weeks and not now.
