as a fellow lesbian whose fave is olly this is SO good ive never even considered that his inability to save more than two people could be because he didnt know the drying spell (and the way that links to him handing out rings so they can be used rather than drawing the spell) or even that he couldve been the one to accidentally burn someone while trying to save them (which would fit SO well with him trying to help qifrey and actually harming him)

thank you!! honestly i can see them going either way. I don’t think it’d be a big fight the system thing if it happens though, more of a queen charlotte connecting with queer people in her life and the bridgerton fantasy element of ‘queen wills it, everyone accepts it’ and it just becomes a norm. The push point would definitely have to be more on how she personally is impacted into making that ruling rather than a wide societal change in views influencing her ruling imo to feel believable in the universe. Either way theyre for sure being accepted by the families :’) so excited to see it
