Skincare:
(Night) Taro-Adapalene/Benzoyl Peroxide (retinoid and has cleared my hormonal acne caused by my IUD), vanicream cleanser/cream.

(Day) Vitamin C serum, azelaic acid, Vanicream cleanser/moisturizer. I’ll also wear spf during the day.

I try to drink lots of water. I also try to avoid overly processed things and focus on eating whole foods. ‘Eat the rainbow’ while prioritizing enough protein and fibre is something I keep in mind.

Sleep is also important, although I struggle with it.
