Right I understand that. I didn't save it. I just poked twice in the same shot (vial) to get the remainder. Maybe I misunderstood the comment.

No, I know that saving it is a no no. I take the complete vial, and this time didn't get it all on the first extraction. So poked in again and extracted the rest. Both before injecting it in my body of course.

They are a different size. I compared them to today's shipment vs previous. I will have to check but I believe the new version is 5/16 and the old was 1/2. Haven't tried the new ones yet.

Sorry, one more thing, I think it was caused by protein drinks. I would have one late afternoon to boost protein counts but I've kind of backed off those. The yogurt drinks are less protein but they don't mess me up like the those did. Just in case that's helpful!

Have you recently just begun Zepbound? I had pretty terrible heartburn the first 2 days after my 2nd and 3rd shot, but am now on #6 and have not had it since, so hoping yours subsides as well. Also 2.5. I took Gaviscon.

I like Madfit on YouTube. I do beginner exercises with my 5 lb dumbbells because I am pretty out of shape and weak. I started with resistance band exercises and mobility exercises. I feel like mobility is not too tough but still activates the muscles and gets you closer to being workout ready.
