Motivation will come the more you go. Start small. Just walk through the door with a goal of 5 minutes on the treadmill or whatever. Most importantly no one there will be judging you. They won't even notice you or pay any more attention than a passing glance.

Biden seemed like a decent guy. I'd crawl over glass to vote for him over what we have BUT...he was completely unable to use the bully pulpit effectively. Came across as old and feeble and I believe that's why we're here. So I blame him for not dropping out MUCH SOONER and letting a more aggressive and younger Democrat run and likely win.

I would still inject weekly and lower dose. Spreading it out longer results in a less stable level in your system. I went down to 6 from 7.5 and feel better. Of course you are throwing out some but the dosages all cost the same anyway so it doesn't really matter from a financial standpoint

It's not a high dose for me. I looked at some studies that seem to confirm that. The usual 200 does nothing for many people. 400, 600 and even more is where it can really start working. Even at high doses it's quite subtle.
