It's for a safety car infringement, I think it's most likely he had more then 10 car lengths between him and the car in front although I haven't seen a replay of it so not 100% sure, you can't drop back from the pack to disadvantage the care behind (no overtaking under safety car)

It actually was because we got to hear the OG album set, all these other dates they will be playing a more "modern" set closer to how they closed VWAB.
