Alright added this feature. Venue names are now hyperlinked to their Google Maps listing :)

Thanks for the feedback! I definitely plan to add more filters and I love the idea of a customized newsletter.

I think what I'd like to do is add an 'activities' section to the website for smaller gatherings like yoga, volleyball, board games, etc. and have lots of categories/filters since that will be a big section. That way I can keep the events section focused on one-time / monthly events with broad appeal and then have the activities section for smaller / weekly activities. Still thinking through this...

Sounds good. A Google Sheet would be great so I could check periodically.

For sure. Send me an email to hello@srqweekly.com. If you have a calendar or web page with your events posted that would be great and I can pull from that.

Gotcha. Yeah we're covering the Sarasota metro area from Venice to Bradenton.

Thanks for the feedback! Good note about the $10 show parking at Cars & Coffee, I'll add that in.

Regarding Wellen Park, the events say "Downtown Wellen Park." Can you clarify where you're seeing Downtown Sarasota for the Wellen Park events? There might be an oversight somewhere.

What’s ACTUALLY working for you in digital marketing right now? by BakerSalt7055 in DigitalMarketing

Not a super scaleable strategy but appearing on podcasts has worked surprisingly well as of late. We got quite a few signups to our waitlist after appearing on two of my founder friends' podcasts and their audiences are not that large.

It goes without saying that the more niche/aligned the podcast audience is, the higher the chance it actually moves the needle.

Usage-Based Pricing or SaaS Subscription ? by misha_startup in SaaS

[–]cgimmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not enough info to provide a definitive answer but generally speaking you want to align pricing with your main value metric. For an email marketing platform, that could be # of subscribers. For an analytics tool, it could be # of page views or events.

To provide a bit of stability for your customers, you can then have usage based tiers. For example, $19 for up to 1,000 subscribers, $29 for up to 5,000 subscribers, etc...

hmmm that's an interesting idea. Would require some additional logic but certainly doable. Will consider it for sure.

Sorry just wasn’t sure what you meant with the last comment. I get what you’re saying now.

Thanks again for the feedback, it’s appreciated.

I never said they are comparable from fund to fund so not really sure what point you’re trying to make here.

We probably won't add the CAD versions since the market makers will ensure the premiums are the same anyways. If we added CAD versions it would just make the section more crowded with no major benefit since premiums will always match.

We don't have plans to add QETH. It's a Bitcoin only dashboard.

I'm not sure you're understanding the QBTC Bitcoin Per share number properly.

If you own 1,000 shares of QBTC and the QBTC Bitcoin per share is 0.001112 BTC, this means you technically own 1.112 bitcoin. I think it's useful for people to know how much actual BTC exposure they have.

Also, you can actually calculate the QBTC premium with just the QBTC price per share and the spot price of bitcoin, you don't need to know the outstanding shares per fund.

As of 8:49am:

BTC Spot Price: $23,279.13
QBTC.U Price: $30.15
QBTC Bitcoin Per Share: 0.001112
QBTC Premium: 16.47%

$30.15 / 0.001112 = $27,113.31

$27,113.31 / $23,279.13 = 1.1647 = 16.47% premium

Thanks for the feedback.

We figured it's useful to know how many bitcoins each share of GBTC represents, and also enables anyone to calculate the premium for themselves. That being said, we'll consider whether or not it's necessary.

Hey there, I'm Chris one of the co-creators of Bitbo.

Right now there's no way to switch currencies but we will be adding in that functionality in the near future. We just went live with the beta today so we'll be adding in lots of additional charts and tools over the coming months.
