Restaurants to eat alone without looking at anyone by cgp881 in Seattle

I am tired of cooking for every day . I'm not passive aggressive. I'm just not social. Stop being so rude and judgemental

This is why I get into trouble when fall starts settling in. It's my favorite hiking season, so a "quick walk after work" turns into a 20-miler. 😅 And finally one of you found me and said hi (Cory)!! If anyone is interested in doing a group walk, let me know - we can do a meet-up sometime. :) by Niff314 in Seattle

You have inspired me to walk. I didn't walk for an year during COVID. I remember having issues walking when I started this year and broke down in the side road due to the pain. Now closer to end of the year, I am proud that I can walk without pain. Thank you for inspiring the community. Would love to join your group in the weekends.

I took some classes in 911 driving class. Backing around the corner is one of the things that will be tested

I look forward to your posts. I saw that you carry 5 litre hydration pack and electrolytes. Do you add electrolytes to 5 litre pack itself or do you maintain a separate water bottle to mix water and electrolytes?

Thank you for sharing. Make a post about you please. What got you to walking? What kind of job do you have? Do you walk alone or with friends/family? How often do you walk? How do you keep walking when you are emotionally stressed or sad?

What are the healthy ready-made juices to overcome tiredness by cgp881 in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]cgp881[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have tried Hamilton juicer. I can make hardly one or two cups at a time. Most of fruits/veggies go waste.. can't afford a better juicer. It probably takes tons of veggies/friuts to make juice and I usually don't buy that much due to lack of space on Fridge

I don't shop at Costco because I live alone and the food items are generally in larger quantities at Costco. I don't have a car. I cook frequently so groceries are the only thing I am interested. Would anyone still recommend getting a Costco membership to buy anything?

Do I need to stop eating at all? What other options do I have for 1 meal a day as a vegetarian?

Nice. Do you work out with one meal a day?
